Question on Swap with A341 tranny

hi guys, im doin a swap on my corolla and putting the 1uz motor along with the a341 tranny, my question is........ will the tranny shift good if i bought the motor with complete wiring harness and got all the 4 plugs going to the tranny?, or will the no.2 speed sensor be an issue, if anyone has done a swap using the stock auto tranny any input would be gladly appreciated, also the ls400 i believe brings a kickdown switch which will activate and drop a gear at WOT, is this true, thanks in advance guys.

You will need at least one speed input to the ecu for it to shift.
Whether it be the one at the back of the box, or the one from the back of the speedo, it doesn't matter.

As for the kickdown, I'm not sure about the LS400, but the SC400 does have one.
I haven't installed it on mine, but if I'm in PWR mode, it will kick down before I reach the bottom.
