Wanted oil filter base

G'day. I need an oil filter base for my 1UZ. It is the centre sump model with dipstick through the block. I need the base so I can setup a remote filter system. Dave

Its a soarer one though, i think its froma car with rear sump???

Thanks for the reply. Mine sits at the front left of the motor below and forward of the engine mount. Someone here will have the answer I,m sure if it is the right one. Dave

Dave why do you want to run a remote. I made a 90 deg housing for mine to face the filter out the front like a holden v8. I do have a couple of filter housings here that came off front sump setup. I will have a look tommorow coz i think they are both different. Pm me your address if you want me to send one over

I don't have the original oil filter base at all. I thought I would get one and adapt it for remote with an oil cooler as well. It's to go in a hotrod and I have space to fit things where I want to. Dave
