Oil cooler lines help Please

Hi Guy's,

I have been thinking of running an oil cooler, I have a 94 soarer engine, Please see the attached pic, near the oil filter it has two plugs, could this be where I could plumb in the oil cooler lines?, if not , is there somewhere else I can tap into the oil system,

Oil pressure relief valves. You need either an adapter between the housing and the block or filter and housing
