Anyone know how difficult it would be to pull basic OBDII real time readings? What would the minimum equipment be required? What is standard between manufacturers? Plug? Pin assignments? Main interest here is reading the MAP sensor real time. Thanks
you can get away cheaper than that, i bought the Scantool.net ElmScan 5 ScanXL (cable, controller, and upgraded software) and it's been working GREAT. you don't really need the ScanXL, i got it because i got the whole shebang for ~$140.
