My A650E tranny not shifting past 3rd gear

Hi Everyone,
I did a 1UZ VVTI (with original ECU) conversion in my Nissan LDV. The problem I now sit with is that the tranny does not shift gears past 3rd. I had the codes scan but nothing turns up.

Does anyone ever experience such problems?

Please assist.

When you pull the shifter back to 2nd does it hold with only 2 gears? And when you shift it over to L does it hold in L? With the live data does it show the shifter moving through the gear positions?
