Min battery CCA?

What have people got away with turning over the 1UZ in terms of CCA? (if possible post ratings at -25 degrees if know)... I am hoping 240CCA at -25 in a dry cell will be enough but I may have to run 2 of them

Below is some analysis on the battery I am looking at and the temperature based on it being in my garage at ambient.

• Cold-Cranking Amps = 240
• CCA Rating Temperature = -13 degrees F
• Battery Temperature = 50 degrees F

Computation Results:

Computed New CCA is 443, a 84.5 percent change.

While this isn't answering your question directly, if you're after a small battery have a look at the Optima Yellowtop D51. It's quite small and is rated at 500CCA at 0 degrees F. I've been using one in my Soarer for about 2 years.

Thanks for the link I have used Optima before, but want even smaller! they are going in the cabin, I found a couple of dry cell ones that will do the trick.
