My M90 has 8 rib pulley and is 2.8 inches accross where belt contacts.
Is this pulley standard as apparently 6 rib is on M90?
Are the pulleys measured on the very outside edge or where the belt runs?
I am trying to calculate what boost this will generate and was wondering if using intercooler will decrease boost pressure or just air temerature, will I need to spin blower faster to get same boost with intercooler ?

I've never seenan 8 rib pulley on an M90. I thought they only fitted 8 ribs to the M112.

You measure the pulley on the top of the ridges.

On the intercooler question I would say yes you will get pressure drop due to the friction of the air passing over the inner surface of the intercoolers. Plus as the air temp drops the air will be more dense and will occupy less space which will reduce it's pressure.

I think from memory the M90 that is fitted to the Ford Thunderbird Super Coupe has an 8 rib pulley.
The GM version of the M90 has a 6 rib pulley.
