LS400 Vs. SC400 Injectors

I always thought that US Spec 1uzfe gets 251 cc/min injectors. However, I have seen few LS400 engine with 220 cc/min (violet). However, I also read that SC400 gets the 251 cc/min (dark green) Do u guys find this to be consistant? I am surprise that LS400 get smaller injectors.

220 cc/min part number is 23250-50010(violet)
251 cc/min part number is 23250-50020(dark green)
