This is an actual Climate unit. It has black out LCD, but working. You can get LCD replacement here www.lextreme.com/allgo.html. This unit will fit on Lexus LS400 from 1990-1994 (LHD) only.
I also have another LCD climate control unit for the SC300/SC400. I dont remember if this unit has replaced LCD but it should work. However, I doesn't seem to have the black out LCD so I assume its a good unit. This unit will work on 1992-1996 and perhaps 1997 SC300 and SC400.
