Lexus LX470 2UZ-FE to 1UZ-FE change

Hello everyone! Can you help me with one question: I want to change 2uz-fe engine in lx470 to 1uz-fe. Do Blocks of this two engines identical or different? I mean engine mounts, gearbox attachment.

engine mounts are way different, but the gearboxes bolt up the same.

Thank you for your and sorry for my late answer! I worked in wild place - no internet access avail.
So it means that no need to change gearbox, but engine mounts must be redesinged.
And what about ECU. it must be also replased by 1uzfe ecu?
