Land Rover Discovery 2 V8 with LS400 Conversion

Hi All ,My 4.0 v8 Rover died and needs repairing or replacing (Lexus) is there anyone that can give me tips for the conversion .also i want to use the Rover EFI on the Lexus think that would be possible?as there are only 3 items the management needs ,Crank angle ,Cam Angle and TPS.also would it be possible to use the ZF4HP22 management on the lexus transmission?

Yes u do it
Take rover sensors weld to 1uz
Use fuel a lot can maybe adjust with pliers on fuel lines

I am also convinced the Bosh system will fire up the Lexus and for fine tuning i have a Dastek Chip installed .my concern is the transmission as the gear ratios for the ZF and A340 differs and my give error code in OB2 .but checked the solenoids and they work the same on both.

1uzfe in land rover disco2

hi the 1uzfe and the rover EFI are similar in many ways BUT the crank angle censer is a different number of teeth on the wheel i have run my 1uzfe on rover EFI with an external wheel. i could not get a nice tune out of it and went with the toyota system
