JDM motor swap

i have a 92 sc400 and am doing a JDM motor swap is there anything i need a heads up on doing this. It is a 92-96 sc400 motor, will it fit right in?

You might want to contact JamesN. He had a V8 and swapped with a 2JZGTE. He should able to give you some pointers.
