IS300 / GS300 immobilizer stuff

Question not really related to the v8 conversion but generally to lexus. I have a Supra with a lexus 5 speed automatic gearbox in it. I tried to control it with the AEM (the A650E tranny that is) and although I got it to shift fine it's still not 100%. I discussed with the customer and he agreed that it would be best to piggyback a stock IS300 or GS300 ECU on the AEM to do the automatic gearchanges only. Now I was wondering what do I need besides the ECU? Also the immobilizer ECU? And the key as well? Should I go IS300 or GS300 ecu or no difference? Anyone has some experience in this (like putting an AEM into an IS300 or GS300 with A/T tranny?)

why not run a proper aftermarket auto tranny ecu
afew around and u can program it easily
running the engine ecu purely for the auto will turn into a shitfight
if u look hard enough and ask alot of questions to some of these auto tranny ecu places find one that will work on yr gbox
i thought aem only do engine ecus
maybe thats y its not working properly
find a shop that specialises just on autos
we fitted one here made by psc think it was or even pcs
