How stronge are the R150F gearbox

Does anyone know how stronge the R150F gearbox is compared to the R154? As I'm going to be bolting it to the 1uzfe in my 91 RV6 4 Runner. Any info would be appreciated.

As far as I know, they are much the same box except the the 150 has the lower first gear which you would want for a 4WD, with the 151 having an even the lower first and the 154 having the tallest ie to suit a car or big engined 4WD like the 78/9 series TD Cruiser which has the 154 aswell.
