How important is second timing belt replacement?

1991 LS400 with 149k miles, had first timing belt replacement at 74k.

Ok, may be no brainer, but am wondering if the expense is justified.

If you are going to the timing belt. You should also replace your waterpump, crank and cams seal.

Since your engine is getting major surgery, might as well do it all at once. If you are not rush to get it back to the road then its worth the work.

yes, changing the water pump among the other seals should justify changing out the the belt..
