How do you make photos smaller?

How do you make photos small enough to be able to be posted on this site, how do you edit them!!!!!:feedback:

you can use adobe photoshop to resize your pictures, there are some free photo editing software you can get, if you have Micorsoft XP they have built in photo editing software.

You can use PAINT program that is built in with Windows. Open the PAINT program and lick IMAGE and go down to Stretch/Skew and reduce from 100% to whatever you need. That is the simplist and easiest way to do it.

There's also MS Photo Editer, another Windows freebie.

Click Image, Resize, pick your dimensional units (cm/pixels or inches) and whether you want to allow distortion or not (Not), hit the up/down bars until it's the right size for the screen or posting, then save.

cheers guys i will try when i get home from work 2nite, i finally got a digi cam and took some photos of my sc400 and wanted to post them up!

Best way is to set your camera to 640 x 480 and you dont have to edit it.
