well with a week or so left on real estate contral and hardly anyone thru
we had an offer on house but wasnt enough
so my wife and i had a chat and she said how bad do u want to leave sydney hehehe
and i said lets take the offer so we signed our lives away
anyway 6 hours later real estate rang and said they pulled out
so i eventually rang the rel estate and abused them cause they didnt try hard enough and
they stuffed things up so luckily my wife told the real estate to remove their crappy sign from infront of house a month ago since they went trying
well tomorrow we start with anohter real estate and they do things differently
so in 2 weeks well will have open house with hopefully good offers and knowning that my wife and i are willing to negotiate bit more we hope to be selling our house and on the move
ive already thrown out heaps of wiring and parts from my shop into the rubbish
and got more rubbish to go
its all happening now
got 1/4 of the stuff already packed
and have wound down the big jobs at work
only quick one or two day jobs now

Very nearly all realestate agents are shit in my experience. We sold our own house (that took all of one week), got our asking price and still had assistance with the legal aspects from Canreps....see if there's a similar mob in Syd maybe?

I got told by the doc this week to shut down for a while and while she's right that don't keep the bills paid and food in the house. I also believe by the ph calls that there must only be two people in Aus that know anything about UZs and one isn't answering his phone.. The other is about to do the same thing

my theory is if no one will pay money for it and i dont give things away for free
unless they are not work related then they go in the rubbish
anyway valuable parts these days are hard to find so i just dont worry bout em
and get customer to supply parts
i always answer my phone these days even at 10pm
since ill be doing more mail order looms i need my phone on for phone support
as once the customer recieves the loom he normally fits it at night after work or on
weekends so i need to be able to give them a hand over the phone and tell them which wires to connect as most i know off top of my head hehehe
but once i start work again up north things might change depending how much mail order stuff i do
as ive had afew calls lately from customers of mine from a year ago with old hotrods
and they r having a prick of a time with the rta still trying to register their cars
but that needs another thread for that heheheh

opps forgot to mention with the rta being such A holes and only getting worse
its hard to judge where this industry will be in 10 years
i know of 5 customers of mine trying for over a year to get car registered

woohoo house is finally sold
if they reneg on the deal from tomorrow we get 25 grand
so now ill start emptying my shop and slowly packing my stuff up
have to be out of house by nov 1st so not far away
going to qld in 2 weeks to look for a place to rent for a year

Then will buy a place
We are coming up to surfers in 2 weeks to find a place
Somewhere around the nice areas around nerang or afew
Kms north of nerang
So if she has any good 4 plus bedroom places we r very interested
We have to be out of Sydney by 1st November
So will be frantic rush to get everything sorted especially
