Hi all,
Been searching for months for another Engine ECU 89661 50250 just thought I would ask if anyone on here had one knocking around on a shelf in the back of a garage collecting dust somewhere in the world

Many thanks

Phil

ok. LS400 ecu arent so common over here. I often swap in celsior ECU but there are other things to consider when doing so. Just did one recently

Cheers

Hello. Is it in an ls400 or a conversion. Numbers from 150-180 can be used in most cases.

Hi thanks for taking your time out to help,
Its NOT a conversion, its a LS imported from Hong Kong and is a bit of a rare thing so it seems (has JDM lights on the back like the Celsior, but has all Lexus badges and steering wheel etc - but it does not have traction control or heated seats).

is what the gentleman told me about the car, its a 1993

any guidance is very welcome

Many thanks

Phil

I did a swap recently of a ucf20 ls400 ecu to celsior. Video here

It resulted in the egr being turned off without codes and a code behind for hydraulic fan. Car ran fine and code didnt result in check light.

Have you not got a good ECU rebuilder you can use? I would be happy enough to swap to a celsior ecu however I have the advantage of trying one first as I keep a test ecu from each ecu range. Cheers.

The guy informed me that he is having the caps changed and ECU checked by a ECU specialist we will see how he gets on.
your brilliant by the way, thanks again for your precious time and your knowledge

Kindest regards

Phil
