HELP - Cam Oil Leak!

Hey, My engine is leaking oil from somewhere at the top front, right side of the engine. When I take the black plastic cover for the cam timing belt off there is oil inside there. It is NOT on the belt, gear holding the belt, or distributor but it is further back closer to teh valve covers. I took the valve cover off to expose the cams but that does NOT seem to be what is leaking. It seems to be leaking from where the cam comes out to attach to the gear holding the belt.

Is there a seal/gasket there? Is that easy to replace? Can this actually leak oil? Any other ideas on what it is?

Looks like its a camshalf seal is bad.... its pretty easy job and i would say it will take about 1 hour to this job.
