Has anyone thought about doing a C5 Vette style superchager hood?

Lately I've been thinking about dealing with all the supercharger fit-ment problems with some type of C5 Vette esq cowl hood.

I have experience with fiberglass, and the space to mess around with a fiberglass hood something like this for our cars.



I'm pretty sure there is nothing else like this made for our cars, but I just wanted to check on here first.

Also, is this something I should build a mold for so some other people can have one, or should I just build a one off for my self?

Whats more interesting is that the SC is on backwards. must be a transfer shaft somewhere. Interesting.............

Those jackshaft based SC installs are cool. No more worries about hood interference with the SC pulley, and the front intake works better for most setups too.
