Flywheel bolt on manual conversion

Ive had a search and struggled to turn anything up. I was wondering what was a suitable choice for flywheel bolt and if people use the same torque specs as given for the automatics torque plate as they do for a manual flywheel?

I heard 4A-GE flywheel bolts were suitable like these:
