extractors question.

i am getting some extractors made soon for the celsior, just wondering stuff...
ive read that tuned length runners is best for torque but, what is a good length for the runners to be?
im looking for low end power, also do they need to be a certain length for a supercharged system as i am going to blow it eventually.

any help on this or anything that will help me with my power problems would be good
