Exhaust input/suggestions

I'm working on the exhaust setup for a 1UZ in my 84 4runner. I am using the early 1UZ and the SC400 manifolds. I do not have to have the cats, so I can simply eliminate those.

I have run in to space constraints on the passenger side frame rail with the header, so I am going to have to run vband style flange/joiner. Any input on these?

What size exhaust do you guys recommend? Also what path/setup do you recommend for routing it from the headers back?

about two 55mm into one 63mm for reasonably good low end. Join behind transmission flange.

I use a local brand for muffler. Round one 180mm diameter, 460mm length, sthraight through with resonance chamber
