Dvd player head unit - Celsior

Hey, I'm looking at buying this celsior but it has an after maret head unit, some dvd/mp3/auto flip up screen all that bullshit and i was wondering if they can be wired up to use the stock 6 cd changer unit for music/dvd/mp3 cd's. If it can be wired up would they only be able to read the normal music cd's or mp3 and dvd cd's as well?

I'm most likely having another look at the car tomorrow, and would just like to find out if the stock cd stacker can be wired and used on after market dvd player unit.

Man I got a 1992 SC400 and I want to find a nice replacement head unit to match up with the insides, can't find much any suggestions for Corona and Jibby anyone?
