custom engine pulleys?

easy question... who makes them??

i need to get the tensioner changed so it is ribbed.
i've never needed to do anything like this before so don't know who to look at to make one up.

Just a curious question. Why would you want a custom pulley? Tell us about your project?

because i'm not running A/C or Power Steering or the belt driven fan.
so my belt is just going to go from the crank to the alternater to the tensiner.
so i need the tensioner to be ribbed.

Aaron,

Just take your existing pulley to a machine shop and tell them what you want.

I know there are some critical dimensions on ribbed belt pulleys.

Why not PM Jody and see if he can machine one up. Better to give your money to another 1UZ nut than someone you don't know. He isn't that far away from you either.
