crank pulley diameter

Hi all,

Does anyone on here know the diameter of the crank pulley on a stock 1UZ ? (the pulley for the accessories belt - not the cambelt pulley) I'd be really grateful to know. I haven't got an easy way of measuring it, as my calipers are too small. Other than a rough and ready string round the circumference followed by some dodgy maths(!)

My engine is a 1UZ from a 1992 Soarer in case there is any variation between models.

Back when I was doing supercharger calcs, I measured mine at 140mm.

funnily enough that's why I want to know - just doing a "proof of concept" of fitting a supercharger. I've got a plan to make up a bracket which I've nicknamed the "squid" bracket - well we've had the fish bracket.... to mount a centrifugal charger. I'm looking for a mild boost, about 6 or 7psi, to run on the stock ECU and injectors.

just for reference vortech v2 si 3.08 pulley intercooled 6psi @6200rpm if that helps any

Thanks, useful to know. I'm probably going with the rotrex C38 61 as it is compact - I have a "dummy shell" of one on loan which I am using to make my plywood bracket template, the pulleys are available between about 75 - 110mm

I'm not planning on intercooling at the moment as the PSI will be low
