Confusing issue on 2000 land cruiser with 2UZ

Hey guys,
Ive got a 2000 Land cruiser with the 2uz v-8, which has just started running poorly. i originally thought the timing belt had jumped a tooth, because it was drivable, just stumbled a lot, both at idle and driving. the TB is right on the money and looks good. the check engine light came on with several codes, from the MAF and IAT sensor to multiple cylinder misfire. also, the 'VSC TRAC' and 'VSC OFF' lights come on, even just sitting idling.

im pretty stumped, and any help would be much appreciated.

perhaps a wiring harness problem. Might want to re-seat all the connections. Other issue could be malfunctioning crank sensor.

So the TB just jump ONE tooth? If more then that you will have valves/pistons issues.

no, the TB hadnt jumped at all, perfectly in time. just ran like it had jumped.

Check the crank sensor and the Cam sensor
