Common Engine & trans computer for early 90's LS400's?

I am looking at buying a Celsior 1/2 cut.
I had a look at one, but there was an engine ECU, but it looked like there was no trans ECU. The guy selling it said thay are combined on LS400's / Celsiors.

Is this correct?

yep... if you want seperate ecu/trans computers, you're better off getting a crown half cut... heck it'd be cheaper too....

Do u know what is the HP rating for the Crown at the similar year as the Celsior?

approximately the same.... or at least that's what's been quoted...

realistically, i think it would be less than 10hp difference.... all comes down to the damn exhaust manifolds.

besides the exhaust being restrictive, the Crown also have smaller injectors. 220cc compare to 251cc.
