Celsior not revving

I am having problems with my Toyota Celsior 1993 model. The car will basically not rev. I changed my fuel pump but still the problem persist. Diagnosis is saying low fuel pressure regulation. Asking the parts salesman he said the correct pump for the car is a 3 bar pump costing USD 43. May you please advise me on the correct fuel pump to use and the correct presuure rating of the pump as I suppose I am using pumps in excess of 11 bars.

Have you tested your present pump?

Write your reply...I haven't and I know I will not be able to ascertain the pressure as I do not have the equipment to do so and expensive or trickery where I can get it done. My only way out is to get the correctly rated stock fuel pump which I kindly ask for the specifications.
