billet vs cast fuel rails??

My 97 has cast rails and my question is can I swap for the billet ones and what did they come on?

I can't find any rock solid info but I am sure someone here has exp with this

Why do need to swap them out?

Just because I would like to polish up the billet rails so it looks better.
