I love the incredibly sparkling top end performance of the intercooled Procharger, but I'm beginning to realise it's not ideal for my requirements in a heavy 4WD that tows a caravan. Well, it's great in all aspects actually, just could use more low end boost at the cost of HP...
I'm have a Procharger P1SC in excellent working condition (outside has a few scuffs.) rrp $2500US new
Fish supercharger bracket with idler pulley.
2 x Procharger pulleys (7psi and 10psi through IC.)
Front mount tube and fin intercooler (can get measurements)
and a heap of 3" alluminium pipe/bends and silicones (incl bends, all from trial and errors) that'll suit almost anything.
Am interested in a positive displacement blower kit with everything included (manifold etc.) Am open to ideas/offers.
For all intents and purposes, you will get a higher HP figure for comparitive boost through this intercooled set up. Though it will spool like a turbo as such, I see up to 3psi under 3krpm through the front mount, with a traction breaking 10psi by redline. My 4Runner has stepped out on me at 90km/h with this set up!
I'm near Sydney, NSW.
