Are all 2uzfe engine blocks the same?

i am wondering if I can use a 2000 4,7 block with all 2007 model parts. My 07 block is junk.

Not many of us have dabbled with the 2UZ, as we're more of a 1UZ fan club here, but I think you should be OK as both blocks you mentioned are later than 1997, which is when Toyota introduced VVTi, and added some oil passages into the blocks to accommodate them.
