Standalone ECU Apexi power fc

hi there,
i have a lexus is200 which last year i planned to put a 1jzgte engine in it but the project got scraped and now it has a 1uzfe engine in it all fully working.
when i planned to go the 1jz route i bought a Apexi Power FC for it because i got it at a good price. now the question is that i want to remap the 1uzfe but dont know if the Apexi Power FC would fit becuase its for a 1jzgte manual.
the 1uzfe is going manual soon.
so i was wondering would the Apexi Power FC work with the 1uzfe or would it be cheaper to sell that and get a linkg or something?

Sell it and buy an other standalone yes.

The power fc ecu's are diffrent for each application, and can not be remapped to suit anything else.
