Perhaps not yet in Poland, but this board is full of people elsewhere who are successfully running Forced Induction 1UZ's. There's also a fair number (probably >10) of FI projects ongoing within the membership at this time.
I have a 3s-gte'd 86 celica with a GT3071R, I get 1bar of boost just after 3000rpm with the .63 a/r turbine. The turbine is slightly smaller then a 76 though, but the top-end is great even past redline. I am sure similar results would be had on a 1uz, if I had the cash to do my swap, I'd probably go this route. Single GT42R seems a more cost effective way to go.
