Does anyone know the psi and flow rate for a ls400 steering pump?

Or any 1uz steering pump( not sure if they are different)

All the pumps are the same output and flow.

Looking at your Pirate thread I'd guess you're using a US made steering box.

The only boxes I know of that run lower pressure than the 1UZ is the Fox Mustang and you won't be using one of them!

I'd just hook it up and suck it and see.

Do not know the flow rate, but the pressure is 1067 to 1138 psi.

should last just fine. The stock uz oil pump is very good. if anything just add a steering fluid cooler. They're cheap and they work good!

already got 1 pump whines quite often still though

Can't you just replace it with an aftermarket TC or CB pump?
