I know you really want to boost your ride. A member here called "Morris" had boosted his GS400 with success. Search for his threads. You may have fitment issues when reversing Tundra headers (too big). If you're not looking for crazy power, like more than 500 rwhp, you can reverse the stock headers. A member here 4000GT reversed the stock headers and made around 476 rwhp.

If i'm correct, I think you have to have one of the manifolds modified to able to run stock headers. However, I am sure that it can be modified way cheaper a custom header. If you look around a little more on Clublexus.com you will find out a little more of what I'm talking about.
