Hi ,

I am working on 1 UZ into 1990 Crown , So :

- Are 5 mm clearance for the sump is enough ??? see the pictures .

- What is the level should the radiator fixed to match the water level in the engine. i.e. the water level on the intake manifold ?

- Were is the wire that feed the coil’s power ? Four plug’s in the ECU

And four going to the other connectors ! which one of this contain it which pin ?

In QLD you are surposed to have at least 10mm clearance.

It's easier to have the radiator water level higher than the engine water level (for air bleading purposes) if its the other way you will need a air blead point at the highest point of the engine.

Apart from requirements for engineering as mentioned above, the sump clearance will come down to how the motor is mounted. You don't want the motor torque twisting and rubbing the sump away.
