After Market MAF for 1UZFE

Hey Gang,

Once a while my MAF act up and engine would not accelerate. This happen even before the Single Turbo. I can not reproduce it or i would not know how to fix it. I noticed if i accelerate very hard, this problem tend to come on, but again other times its ok.

I wonder if i can upgrade or change my stock maf to an after market ones like the Mustangs or the Cameros.

The 1UZFE uses Karman MAF. Do u guys know any after market MAF is compatible to the stock 1UZFE?

I got a little better action out of my MAF by lowering the sensor down into the airflow a little more.The mounting pads on top of the MAF housing were machined down, put the chamfer back for the O-ring, used a little silicone to ensure a good seal again.
Doesn't your Split Second Module give the option for another type of MAF?

The Split Second is custom made and it was made for Karman. I can send it back for hot wire i would assume. The R4 (software that run the Split Second) doesnt have that function.
