Adjustable Cam Gears?

Are there aftermarket adjustable cam gears for the exhaust cams? I have a 1999 LS.

I tried searching but it's doesn't seem to be working with my browser.

No, and if they were available they would be VERY expensive.

and for that cost, the utility on a std/mild engine with std cams would be pointless.

so they are not the same as the earlier engine? vvti causes problems?
