'96 LS400 Wiring Help

Hi All, First post time.Having fun(ha!!)sorting out wiring,for my Hilux,I have as far as i can tell, a '96 LS400 eng/trans with the 34,22,16,28 pin ECU. Done the obvious and looked at the wiring diagrams that are on site.Some wires match but most aren't even close.
ECU # 89661-50170
Toyota# 175000-5222
Any help would be greatly appreciated with diagrams/pin outs etc.
Wiring is fairly complete as the guys from SSS have done a good job keeping the loom intact.Cheers.

you could have paid me to wire up the loom when the enigne was at sss

i rent abit of their 2nd unit

only takes me afew hours to get it all ready for customers to hook up the rest

thanks, i have spoken with you several times so far about bits and pieces,i'm just in the shed trying to figure out ign etc, i have the easy bits done eg, Alt, temp sensor etc.i'm a bit limited in the funds departmaent at the moment otherwise i would hand it straight to you, but i figured i will do what i can until i'm ready to push it out and burn it....

I ran my engine it is not exactly the same ecu number but same pin configration
On the last plug with the 28 pin you input IGN to the last pin to the right of the second raw and the last raw when looking at the pins into the ecu
Also you will find a big white plug ( Not Ecu plug) cut off three wires two are black/brown and one black/red connect all three to IGN
The engine will start if it does not idle well then disconnect the sub throtle
This is for JDM engine

thats ok to get it started but itsd not perfect

black/red is power from efi relay
black/yellow bottom corner is backup battery
black/orange is ign to tell the ecu to turn on the main efi relay

There are many wire color differences so do you know the pin numbers on which plugs
