95-96 Celsior DLC3 pinout ?

I'm looking for a 95-96 Celsior DLC3 pinout or a efi wiring diagram . I'm finishing up a 95-96 celsior 1uzfe to mkIII supra swap and would like to scan it with a techstream cable but I can't find any wiring info for the 95-96 JDM 1uzfe . I used the USDM wiring diagram from this site to get it up and running but my TIS cable does not recognize it , so I assume it does not have a DLC3 connector ? or I have it wired wrong . Thanks in advance !
