1UZFE Head Flow Rate Simulation

The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
Both of those PDF's have the modified flow rates.

There were achived by taking the numbers in the Autospeed article and smothing them out with minimal gains over 0.400" of lift to 0.500".

I then used the figures supplied by Zuffen of +18% inlet side and +10% for the porting done by the guys at Autospeed to get these figures to 0.500".

Now if my engine simulation software is correct and the head flow rates are right then based on a Gen 2 1UZ-FE (10.4:1 CR) with the 8 throttle induction, aftermarket ECU, good exhausts and Kelford 207-B cams and springs we should see approx 400BHP @ 7500 and about 380lb ft @ 5500.

If anyone wants me to run up a config I am happy to do this and post/e-mail the results, however be aware that the turbo handling of the package is not good and it does not model twins at all.

I want to buy the upgraded version of the software but the $USD249.95 for the pro package and cam database is a hurdle for me right now as there are a lot of other things that I need to buy to get my project online.
