1uzfe and r154 - Which flywheel?

As topic says. What flywheel can I use to make this conversion work?

I assume the starter will be in it original position, so the ring-gear would have to be the same as original.

toyota 3sgte redrilled ,new lead in on other side of ring gear or custom.

Why do i have to modify the ring gear?
Is the 3sgte clutch the best one to use also then?

The starter on the 3sgte engages from the opposite side, hence the need to grind a lead in onto the teeth on the opposite side.
Clutch selection is not a problem as any of the W series toyota boxs and the 3sgte also R series 4x4 eg r151, r150 are all ok.
And of course aftermarket versions of these if a higher clamping load was required.
