1UZ, What are the weak links, where are the limits

Hi

what are the weak links on the 1UZ standard components. I'd guess the connecting rods and then pistons might be number 1&2. How much power will they stand. Reason being, I am turbo charging mine and I want to retain as many stock parts as possible.
I have been told however, that the standard pistons are fairly strong (forged ?!) and that the rods will stand 800 hp.

How do you guys see that ?
