Hello,
I have completed the circuits of the Speedo Corrector MkII.
The reason that I had to do this is that the sensor on the auto gearbox is 16pulse /revolution, whereas the ECT requires 4pulse /revolution from the speed sensor.
This circuit is avil. from jaycar. $49.99

I had to configure my setup like this. As my diagram shows I have the speedo Signal. That signal goes to First Speedo Corrector circuit, boosting the signal 200%. (8p/revolution)
Then the 2nd circuit boosts the Speedo to correct speed & ECT also to correct speed, 400%. (4p/revolution)
Using only 1 single circuit made the gears charge at pretty low speeds. using 2 circuits allows me for higher speeds before gear change.
The Bonus is that the circuit is adjusted by 1% allowing for fun adjustments of your auto GEARBOX. I have it runing the way I WANT IT TO..
As the diagram also shows I have a 3rd Circuit taking care of my speedo.
so using 3 circuits ended up costing me $150
If you have speedo working already then 2 circuits is fine..
and if you know how to mod circuits it might be possible to make 1 circuit work at 400% rather then 200%, but I dont know how, or if it is possible.
hope this helps.
