1UZ misfire

Hi guys, i have a 1UZ V8 used to do 4x4.

After doing a lot of muddy driving last year i washed the motor and it has started to misfire after that.

I have sent it to be rewired from front to the back and also changed some sensors as-well as all the plus.

What can k do to get the misfire out?

It misfires even more when it starts moving and requires torque then it starts loosing power and misfires .

I normally do some fault finding. Checking spark plugs, leads, coils , ignition rotors and distributor caps. Also things like fuel flow and alternator output.
