1UZ into a Custom volvo

Here is my volvo project, Looking at giving it a lump it deserves.

Thinking V8 from LS400 as they are cheap has hell here in UK.
Turboing willl have to come latter.

I'm assuming a Gearbox from an early 90s supra will do job.

Whats availablity of adapter plates here in uk?

Currently running 2.0l volvo with 5 speed box. Grille is modified from dodge charger, Wheels are from a chevy bolted up with adapters, let me know your thoughts!

No sense in doing things by halfs, hoping to get paint laid on in few weeks. Lime green!

I don't think you will find anything in the UK for the conversion.

Australia and NZ are the homes of aftermarket stuff for the 1UZ.

That said the Americans make some and I even saw a flywheel with "made in China" on it the other day.

Check out the for sale section on this forum I think there maybe a flywheel and adaptor on there now.
