Hello
Well yes a frenchie :D

I am trying to gather the information necessary for my project.

I have a DATSUN 260Z 2 +2 and I want to replace the current engine, a cast iron L26

So I go for the 1UZ-FE in England because the models have not had the LEXUS 1UZFE have not been sold in France.
So I found a 1UZFE from a Lexus LS400 UFC20 1994-1997

The engine-inc engine loom, throttle body, distributors, starter
+ Auto gearbox
+ Torque converter
+ Alternator
+ Engine ECU
+ Engine mounts
+ 2 X Catalytic Converters
X + 4 O2 sensors
Y + front exhaust pipe section
+ + Prop Mount Rubber coupling
Gear selector unit + + sunrise
+ Complete Front loom
+ + Relays fuse boxes intact

Now that I finally have the engine, I realized that I need a rear sump SOARER/SC400.
I am currently looking

Bienvenue à Lextreme!

I think the early Z car will be a great candidate for the 1UZ. Now all you need is a rear sump setup, which are available from time to time. You'll need the complete setup, ie everything from the upper pan downward (oil pickup tube and strainer, oil level sensor, baffle plate, lower sump), not just the upper pan.

I know you have the complete kit, but is more difficult to find this complete kit and the person who has one wants to send me well in France.
And yet, it is not won.

Si vous le trouve ici (Aux Etats Unis), je peux l'achat et vous envoyer, et vous pouvez me payer par PayPal.

Check out posts by our member 400zed.

Stirling had one and it was for sale a while back in the for sale section of this Forum.

He felt it should have been mounted further back than his was but I think he had an issue with the sump that caused this.

You may even find some photos of it around.

I view the messages 400ZED
The photos on these messages are displayed, the links are dead
The messages are too old
The only thing I have is the video of dyno
I already tried to contact by email 400ZED but it does not

If anyone knows, I'd be happy to have some feedback to avoid inconvenience

That is exactly what a good Forum is supposed to do.

Put members in contact with each other so we're not all re-inventing the wheel.

After 6 months I still have not received my rear sump.
Seller invent excuses, so now I stop the dialogue and ask for a refund.

So I'm always looking for a rear sump kit complete

if anyone can help me, because for six months is my swap stop.

After a long time, the project restart.

Christmas in July I knew not. :D
