With Just the Headers fitted to the engine has any-body ever checked the Db levels?

what do you mean? Stock exh, straight pipe, no mufflers, no headers? What dB do you wanna know?

My 80mm exhaust produces about 105 dB @ 4000 RPM, so just headers should be above 110 dB, I think
