Hey guys, seems like this forum might be better for finding and exchanging technical information about drivetrain components than ClubLexus.... lol
I have already purchased a timing belt and water pump kit for my 1UZFE-VVTI engine, as well as a new timing belt tensioner. I will be installing everything myself. I have an AllData service procedure printed out to overview the process for me.
My question is:
What are some specific tips and tricks that will make this easier? Its rated at 4.6 hours of labor, and realistically cant be more complicated than making sure to alight the crankshaft pulley at 50*ATDC.
